- Validity of offer: 20 days from the date thereof.
- Price: The Prices mentioned in the quotation are ex-our works, Delhi excluding Packing, Forwarding, Freight, Insurance and All other taxes as applicable.
- GST @ 18 % applicable extra.
- Delivery: Delivery period will be of Two to Three months from the date of confirmation of your order along with 40% advance by cash or Bank draft after depositing in our Bank Account.
- Terms of Payment: The payment mode will be 40% advance at the time of placing the order and balance 60% at the time of Delivery.
- Freight: To pay basis.
- Transit Insurance: Will be covered & borne by the customer. We will inform dispatch details by fax/ email/phone. The supplier’s responsibility ceases on delivering the goods to the carrier and the supplier undertakes no liability for any Damage or loss in transit whatsoever.
- Dispatch: All the company’s goods are forwarded at the buyer’s own risk.
- Cancellation of Order: Once the order placed will not be cancelled for any reason. In case of the order being cancelled for any Reason or failure from your side to take the delivery of the machine after two months of our intimation, the entire amount of the advance will be forfeited.
- Warranty: The machines/equipment’s offered is covered under warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of the Dispatch. The warranty is for manufacturing defects only. You will not permit semiskilled or unskilled and or unqualified person to affect any operation of the machine/equipment or any replacement of the parts, maintenance, lubrication, adjustment or repairs of the machine/ equipment.
This warranty does not apply to Electric/ Electronics items, bearing and heaters. We will not replace the complete assembly/ equipment where only a part of assembly/equipment is found to be defective. The defective part/parts shall be returned to our works. The responsibility or liability of the firm shall be limited only to the replacement or repairing of the defective part/parts free of charge at our option within the warranty period. In case of already purchased items, the warranty as provided by the seller’s suppliers will be directly passed on to the buyers. For Electric/ Electronics items, the warranty covered as per warranty provided by the suppliers of Electric/ Electronics items
- Erection/Installation: We shall depute our Engineer/Technician for erection/Installation. However, buyer has to provide to & from fare by Air/Train/Bus, free lodging, boarding a local conveyance at the time of erection and commissioning In Addition Rs 2000/- Service charges per person per day applicable during time Installation. The buyer shall ensure that the civil work is completed by him and the technical personnel of the company are provided with the required raw material and unskilled lab our and other services such as water, power, compressed air, other utility services, tools & accessories etc. to ensure completion of erection and commissioning in the possible minimum time.
Note: All specifications mentioned in our Quotation are not bound to the Supplier as the same are subject to change and alteration by informing buyer as modification in designs are being affected frequently.
